SB Mantri graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, earning university recognition for his outstanding academic performance. Additionally, he is an alumnus of the prestigious 3-Tier General Management program at IIM Ahmedabad. Having been associated with Kohinoor since 2013, SB Mantri brings over 30 years of extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, budgeting and control, and organisation development. Prior to joining Kohinoor, he held senior leadership positions at esteemed organisations such as Alfa Laval, Sulzer India, Tata Toyo, and Tata Autocomp.
Mr. Pravin Bhandari

He is a distinguished practising Chartered Accountant with an impressive tenure of over 42 years in this field. His expertise lies in Statutory Audit, Direct Tax Assessments, Certifications, and Company Law, with a specialised focus on providing consultancy services related to Direct Tax within the Construction sector. He is renowned for his adeptness in serving prominent corporate entities in the Construction, Manufacturing, and Automobile sectors.
Mr. Rupesh Mittal

The youth population in India, standing at a staggering 370 million, represents a vast and untapped market for branded youth hostels. Mr. Rupesh Mittal is entrusted with the responsibility of tapping into this significant opportunity. Mr. Rupesh Mittal holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University and boasts over 20 years of extensive experience in organisation development and business coaching. As a visionary leader, he spearheads our Student Accommodation business, Youthville, which currently operates 2500 beds across Pune and Mumbai.
Mr. Nilesh Ishwar Laddad

Nilesh holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A & M University, USA, and is a Gold Medalist in Civil Engineering from Pune University, India. He also holds a PGDBM in Business Finance from NIMMS and an MBA in Business Operations from PACE. Since 2012, he has been associated with Kohinoor Group as the Technical Director, accumulating over 24 years of experience working across the USA, Europe, South America, Middle East, and India. With exceptional networking skills, he has built fruitful partnerships with over 100 clients and has overseen operations in more than 18 cities across India.
Ar. Hrishikesh Kulkarni
Director - Architecture & Design
Mr. Hrishikesh Kulkarni is a Partner at VK:a architecture and serves as Founder and Partner at VK:e environmental, VK:u urban, and VK:i interiors. He completed his GD Arch and MA in Environment & Energy, and is a Member of the Architectural Association, London, and BREEAM QA certified. As a Director across all VK companies, Hrishikesh plays a pivotal role, serving as the central thread connecting all verticals within the Group. His leadership as Lead Director ensures successful project outcomes by overseeing design delivery and technical expertise. Rishikesh is a contributing member of various professional bodies, including CoA, IIA, A.E.S.A, and IGBC, focusing on improving government policies regarding urban rules and regulations.
Mr. Sameer Desai
Director - Marketing
With over 30 years of experience in Sameer brings a wealth of expertise to his role. For the past 7 years, he has been an integral part of the Kohinoor team, playing a pivotal role in corporate branding, residential project launches and maintenance, commercial brand creation and launch, and fostering growth in channel partner and vendor relationships. Sameer has orchestrated comprehensive branding, awareness, and engagement campaigns for Kohinoor across various mediums. Beyond branding, Sameer has championed Kohinoor's customer satisfaction initiative, known as "Sada Sukhi Raho," ensuring that post-possession services meet customer expectations.
Mr. Prasanth Gopinath
Director - Commercial BU
Prasanth Gopinath is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore, where he completed his Executive Management program. He holds an MBA from the Vellore Institute of Technology and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology. Prasanth has been associated with Kohinoor since March 2021, where he leads the Commercial unit and serves as a key member of the board. He provides strategic direction for Kohinoor Group's Commercial Business Unit and oversees the overall business plan and implementation of the vertical.

Mr. Raghu Iyer currently serves as a Director at Kohinoor Group in Pune. With over a decade of experience in the real estate sector, he has established himself as a prominent figure and thought leader within the industry. His extensive background in sales and marketing has led to significant contributions to renowned conglomerates such as Lodha, Godrej, and Runwal Group. Beyond the real estate sector, Mr. Iyer's proficiency extends to diverse segments such as consulting and auditing across various industry sectors. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has further honed his professional acumen through the completion of the Executive Program in Sales and Marketing from the esteemed IIM Kolkata.
