Job Duties and Responsibilities
Engage with existing customers to build long-term relationships, generate referrals, and drive walk-ins.
Utilise the existing database to generate referrals from current customers.
Achieve sales targets by converting opportunities through cold calling.
Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Make outbound calls to existing and past customers to build rapport and encourage referrals or repeat purchases.
Promote referral programs and explain incentives to customers effectively.
Schedule and confirm walk-in visits or site visits for referred clients or returning customers.
Track and follow up on referrals, ensuring smooth handover to the sales team.
Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, referral leads, and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to manage customer visits, feedback, and deal closures.

Skills
Excellent communication and persuasive calling skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
