Job Duties and Responsibilities
    • Engage with existing customers to build long-term relationships, generate referrals, and drive walk-ins.
    • Utilise the existing database to generate referrals from current customers.
    • Achieve sales targets by converting opportunities through cold calling.
    • Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
    • Make outbound calls to existing and past customers to build rapport and encourage referrals or repeat purchases.
    • Promote referral programs and explain incentives to customers effectively.
    • Schedule and confirm walk-in visits or site visits for referred clients or returning customers.
    • Track and follow up on referrals, ensuring smooth handover to the sales team.
    • Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, referral leads, and follow-up schedules.
    • Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to manage customer visits, feedback, and deal closures.
Qualifications
    • Any Graduate
Skills
    • Excellent communication and persuasive calling skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
    • Target-driven and proactive in follow-ups.
