We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate CRM Executive to manage customer data, handle lead follow-ups, and coordinate effectively with the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the CRM system, tracking client interactions, and ensuring timely communication with prospects and existing customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
    • Manage and update customer data in the CRM system
    • Handle lead assignments and ensure timely follow-ups
    • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client meetings
    • Track and maintain records of inquiries, bookings, and customer interactions
    • Generate CRM reports and update sales status regularly
    • Ensure proper documentation and maintain customer databases
    • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
Qualifications
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate CRM
    • Experience in managing leads and client databases
    • Strong coordination and customer relationship management skills
