    • Manage end-to-end sales closing process for office spaces and retail commercial properties.
    • Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth and timely closures.
    • Handle agreement drafting, documentation, compliance, and registration formalities.
    • Verify payments, deposits, and financial documents before closure.
    • Interact with corporate clients, investors, and channel partners to resolve queries.
    • Track closure pipeline and provide regular MIS/reports to management.
    • Ensure seamless handover of office and retail units with high customer satisfaction.
    • Achieve assigned closing targets within defined timelines.
    • Maintain strong relationships with corporate occupiers and retail brands.
    • Support in process streamlining to enhance efficiency and faster deal closures.
