Job Duties and Responsibilities
    • To close deals and ensure that monthly targets are achieved.
    • Looking for a candidate having experience in real estate closing.
    • Client Communication and Relationship Management
    • Preparing and reviewing all necessary documents
    • Scheduling and coordinating property viewings
    • Addressing any issues that may arise during the closing process
    • Achieving sales target and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the real estate company.
    • Deal Negotiation and Closure.
Qualifications
    • Any graduate/ MBA
Skills
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Candidate from real estate industry only.
    • Looking smart candidates who are from developer or mandate firm.
