Pune, November 10: City based Kohinoor Group, engaged in real estate, serviced hostels, industrial parks and construction technology has completed 37 years in the real estate segment. While commemorating this landmark occasion the group has made some significant announcements like starting the real estate projects of over 2 million square feet in the next six months.
Vineet Goyal, Joint Managing Director, Kohinoor Group said, “In this momentous journey of 37 years we have always focussed on the needs and budget of a first time home buyer and we shall continue to do so in the days to come. Our strong commitment to right price, best in class after sales service and on time delivery of the projects has helped us to win the trust of the first time home buyer. Once again keeping the end customer and end user at the centre stage we intend to commence development of real estate worth Rs.1800 Cr.”
“We intend to start 4 new residential projects and 3 commercial projects in the next 6 months. This will involve construction of over 2 millions square feet of which about 1 million would be residential and 1.2 million would be the commercial space. We would be undertaking the development of the largest commercial project in the PCMC area, which will surely revolutionize the commercial real estate segment in the region. Our new residential projects would come in the areas like Tathawade, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Sus and Mundhwa”, he added.
Founded on November 1st, 1983 till date the Kohinoor Group has built and delivered 8.5 million square feet of residential space thereby giving home to more than 6000 happy families. It has successfully developed commercial space of about 2 million sq ft across 16 commercial projects in various parts of the city. The group has ongoing residential projects at about 7 locations in the city including areas like Tathwade, Hinjewadi, Shirgaon, Bibwewadi, Lulla Nagar and Model Colony. Some of the commercial projects that are currently at various stages of development are in areas like Baner, Shivaji Nagar, Pimpri, Wakad, Ravet and Shirgaon.
